Biography
Neil is responsible for establishing and directing the strategic technology objectives for the company, including its ongoing operations, application development/support, information security, and IT projects. Neil started his career in software engineering, soon moving into project management, enterprise architecture, infrastructure operations and enterprise solution delivery. He has served at the CIO level since 1997, heading IT for divisions of large enterprises, mid-market companies and start-ups across the health care, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, software development, and enterprise solution delivery. He has provided CIO-level consulting services to Fortune 500 companies through his affiliation with the WGroup. Neil has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rutgers University and a master’s of business administration from the University of Phoenix.
