Biography
Tom assists with the company’s growth strategy by overseeing the company’s de novo and acquisition opportunities, as well as managing the day-to-day operations related to new development growth. Tom previously was senior regional vice president of operations. Before joining Drayer in 2004, Tom was the CEO/administrator for HealthSouth Nittany Valley Rehabilitation Hospital. Prior to his time at HealthSouth, Tom was the co-owner of a privately owned physical therapy practice with centers in Hershey and Lebanon, Pa. Tom completed his undergraduate education at Juniata College, Huntingdon, Pa., where he was on the wrestling team. He completed his physical therapy education at Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia.
