Biography
I lead Ultimate Software's recruiting function. Directly responsible and dedicated to the "mission". Hiring people who are hungry, humble, and smart. Doing the right thing. Daily collaboration with a world -class team of talent experts. Prior to joining Ultimate Software I built and transformed recruiting teams at a $3 billion Private Equity owned mobile search company as well as a $50 billion global technology industry leader. I also led "fin-tech" and traditional tech research and recruiting at a global executive search firm placing C level talent all over the world. Before finding my niche in Talent Acquisition I was immersed in politics and athletics - perfect segues. I served as a Legislative Assistant in the US Senate in Washington D.C., focusing on technology, energy and environmental issues and was a four year Division 1 Academic All Conference baseball player hoping to get drafted. I did not but I still play, so that my kids won't be able to beat me until they are at least 16.
