Biography
Chris Evans has been part of the Gaskins team since 1991. He has been a registered Licensed Surveyor since 1999, managing hundreds of projects ranging in size from less than one acre to more than 2,700- lot subdivisions. Chris received a B.S. in Surveying and Mapping from Southern Polytechnic Institute. He specializes in single and multi-family residential subdivisions, project management, corridor and boundary surveys, construction staking, commercial, municipal, and private sanitary sewer lift stations, and municipal and private sanitary sewer outfalls. Additionally, more than 21 years of surveying has given Chris vast experience in field topography, closings, ALTA surveys, ground control, as-builts, flood certificates, renovation projects, roads, and wetland location.
