Biography
David Massey joined Gaskins in 1984 and oversees the Engineering Department He has been registered as a Licensed Surveyor in Georgia since 1989 and as a Professional Engineer since 1997. David earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from the Southern Technical Institute. David has more than 29 years of Engineering and Surveying experience. He specializes in the design of multi-phase, multi-use developments, engineering management, roadway design, erosion control, and infrastructure design.
