Biography
Dr. Jay Fulmer is a 1994 graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. He enjoys working with small animals and has served as a veterinarian in the Dacula area since 1996. Dr. Fulmer is originally from Summerville, SC, but he has lived in Gwinnett County since 1988. He has been happily married for 20 years and he and his wife are very active in the local community where they stay busy raising two sons. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Fulmer is an active member of Lawrenceville First United Methodist Church, enjoys training for and running marathons, and is an avid Georgia Bulldog fan.
