Biography

 Mr. William Douglas Toler, also known as Bill, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Hostess Brands, LLC since May 21, 2014. Mr. Toler served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of AdvancePierre Foods, Inc. until September 2013. He served as the President of Pinnacle Foods Inc., from July 6, 2005 to November 7, 2008 and its Executive Vice President of Sales from March 19, 2004 to July 2005. He served as an Executive Vice President of Sales for Pinnacle Foods Group Inc. form March 19, 2004 to July 2005. He served as President of Pinnacle Foods Finance LLC. He was responsible for oversight of sales and marketing as well as transportation, warehousing and customer service at Pinnacle Foods Group Inc. He served as the President of Pinnacle Foods Group Inc. since July 6, 2005. He served as the President of Aurora Foods, Inc. since July 2005. He served as the President of North America for ICG Commerce, a procurement services company. He served as the President of Campbell Sales Company from 1995 to 2000. He joined Campbell Sales Company from Nabisco, where he served as Vice President of Sales and Integrated Logistics from 1992 to 1995. He served as Vice President/ National Sales Manager for Reckitt & Colman from 1989 to 1992. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked from 1981 to 1989. His last responsibility at Procter & Gamble was Eastern Division Manager of Health and Beauty Care. He served as a Director of AdvancePierre Foods, Inc. Mr. Toler served as a Director of Pinnacle Foods Inc., until November 7, 2008 and Pinnacle Foods Finance LLC.
