Biography
As the CFO of Hydraulic Supply Company, Sandra oversees the accounting, financials, treasury, internal audits and tax functions among other responsibilities at HSC. Sandra joined Hydraulic Supply Company in 1996 and has over 29 years of experience leading finance teams. Prior to joining Hydraulic Supply Company, Sandra worked with three large publicly traded companies in charge of SEC reporting, financial reporting, debt and treasury management and budgeting from 1989 through 1996. She also assisted in 15 acquisitions regarding due diligence and integration with systems and reporting and managed over $1 billon in long-term debt. Sandra has handled hundreds of audits with the IRS, financial statements, insurance, sales tax and banking.
