Biography
Prof. PhDr. Ivan Hlaváček , CSc. (* May 28, 1931 Prague ) is a Czech historian and archivist . He works at the Department of Auxiliary Sciences of Historical and Archival Studies at the Charles University in Prague . From 1990 to 2000 he was also the head of this institute. He specializes in Medieval diplomacy , codicology and epigraphy .
