Biography
Appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on October 31, 2016, Joseph W. Baty brings a wealth of experience and strong fiscal leadership to Nature's Sunshine. Prior to joining Nature's Sunshine, Mr. Baty served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Schiff Nutrition International where he played a key role in the growth, improved financial performance, and dramatically increased shareholder value of the company. Utah Business magazine named him CFO of the Year in the large public company category in June of 2012 for his contributions at Schiff. Prior to working at Schiff, Mr. Baty was a partner at the public accounting firm of KPMG. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
