Lester Rodriguez 

Biography

"Lester Rodriguez is Vice President of Quality for Pharma Tech Industries. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and all aspects of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) at each of the company’s manufacturing sites. Lester joined Pharma Tech in 2014, bringing with him 27 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with particular expertise in analytical chemistry and quality assurance. Previously, Lester held senior positions at Novartis, Baxter and CibaVision. Of the five Pharma Tech core values, Lester most identifies with Integrity. For him, honesty and strong moral principles are key aspects of professional success. He believes that truthfulness and morality are foundations for quality and, therefore, invaluable components to his role at Pharma Tech. Lester earned a BA in Science from the Interamerican University in Puerto Rico."
