Customer Service and Planning
Thomas Crawford is Senior Director of Customer Service and Planning for Pharma Tech Industries. In this role, he is responsible for enhancing the overall customer service experience for Pharma Tech’s customers while ensuring an uninterrupted supply of products. Thomas leads and directs Pharma Tech’s customer Account Managers as well as the Supply Chain Management team. Thomas is based at Pharma Tech's corporate office in Athens, GA. He has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including tenures at such prominent organizations as Sanofi-Aventis, Immucor Inc., Shionogi, and Allergan.
Of Pharma Tech’s five PTI core values (Integrity, Stewardship, Humility, Optimism and Working Together), Thomas most resonates with Integrity. “When you’re in the business of pharmaceuticals or products that impacting patients’ lives, integrity is the most important and valuable principle there is. If the decisions and actions you take on a daily basis can change the course of someone’s life, it is imperative to do what is honest and true and not just what is the easiest.” Thomas holds a BA in Economics from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, is a Certified Supply Chain Profession (CSCP) in Supply Chain Management from APICS, and is a Certified Six-Sigma Green Belt.
