Scott A. Romberger

Biography

  Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer Scott A. Romberger has served as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since February 2007. He joined Select Medical as Vice President and Controller in February 1997 and became Chief Accounting Officer in December 2000. Prior to February 1997, he was Vice President and Controller of Continental Medical Systems, Inc. from January 1991 to January 1997. He also served as Acting Corporate Controller and Assistant Controller from June 1990 and December 1988, respectively. Mr. Romberger is a certified public accountant and was employed by a national accounting firm from April 1985 until December 1988. ROBERT G. BREIGHNER, JR. Vice President, Compliance and Audit Services and Corporate Compliance Officer Robert G. Breighner, Jr. has served as Vice President, Compliance and Audit Services since August 2003. He joined Select Medical as Director, Internal Audit in November 2001. Previously, Mr. Breighner was Director, Internal Audit for Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. from June 1997 until November 2001. Mr. Breighner held other positions with Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. from May 1991 until June 1997.
