Biography
Mr. Burt M. Fealing serves as General Counsel of Southwire Company, LLC. Mr. Fealing continues to ensure Southwire's business operations meet its legal and ethical principles. He served as Vice President and Chief Securities Counsel of Supervalu Inc. since January 2, 2007. Mr. Fealing served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ITT Corporation since 2011. He served as Vice President at ITT Corporation. He served as corporate secretary at SUPERVALU Inc. since January 2, 2007. He served as Assistant General Counsel, Finance and Securities of Verizon Communications Inc. Prior to that, he served as an Associate at the law firms of Testa, Hurwitz & Thiebeault, LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP, both in Boston. Mr. Fealing holds a Law degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Williams College in Williamstown, Mass.
