J. Guyton Cochran Jr.

Biography

 Mr. J. Guyton Cochran,, Jr. has been Chief Financial Officer at Southwire Company since 2003 and has been Vice President of Finance since January 2000. Mr. Cochran is responsible for several accounting and finance areas, as well as competitive tracking, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Cochran joined Southwire in 1995 as the wire and Cable Controller and later moved to the business process design team. He served as Director of Finance at Southwire in 1999. Mr. Cochran graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting in 1988. In 1995, he earned his master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Ga. His professional and civic involvement includes Membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and alumni clubs of the University of Georgia and Georgia State University. Dr. Thomas Döring is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of the venture capital firm Delaunay Capital. Dr. Döring served as Chief Executive Officer of e-Commerce at Thomas Cook Group plc since May 2010 and served as its Member of Executive Board. He served as Chief Executive Officer of East & West Europe at Thomas Cook Group plc since July 2008. Dr. Döring joined Thomas Cook Group plc in 2001 and was responsible for the Western and Eastern European markets since 2006. He served as Partner of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he spent seven years. He served as Vice Chairman and Director of Thomas Cook (India) Limited from August 22, 2003 to January 2006. He has been a Member of Supervisory Board at HolidayCheck Group AG since June 16, 2015.
