Biography

 . Mr. David L. Van Bebber has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Tyson Foods, Inc. since May 2008. Mr. Van Bebber served as an Assistant Secretary of Tyson Foods Inc. since 1990 and also served as its Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President since September 2004. He served as Senior Vice President of Legal Services at Tyson Foods Inc., since November 2000. He served as integration manager for Tyson's acquisition of IBP. He has more than 25 years of corporate legal experience with responsibilities in such areas as litigation, corporate transactions, international, environmental, management and operational matters and employment law. He served as general counsel and secretary of Lane Processing Companies of Arkansas. He has been Director at AdvancePierre Foods Holdings, Inc since June 7, 2017. He also serves as Member of the Board of Directors at Central Industries, Inc. He serves as the President of the board of education for the Springdale, Arkansas, school district. He is a member of the Arkansas and American Bar Associations as well as the American Corporate Counsel Association. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and a Law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
