 Mr. Kevin M. McNamara, CPA, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Censeo Health, LLC since March 2015. Mr. McNamara is a Founding Principal at McNamara Family Ventures. He is an Advisor at Relevance Capital. He has been a Principal of Voyent Partners since August 2001. He serves as an Advisor and Director of Leon Medical Centers, Inc. He served as a Director of Beverly Capital LLC. He served as Operating Partner at Health Evolution Partners from April 2013 through October 2014 and also served as a Member of the Portfolio Services Group. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of ENVOY LLC since February 2006 and serves as its Director since July 1997. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Healthspring Inc. from April 2005 to May 31, 2009 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until May 31, 2009. While there he oversaw the company's initial listing on the New York Stock Exchange in February 2006. He served as an Executive officer at Best Products Co., Inc. He served as President of NaBanco Merchant Services Corporation from October 1994 to December 1995. He served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NaBANCO from January 1992 to September 1994. He was employed by Best Products Co., Inc. He began his career in one of the nationally recognized public accounting firms. Mr. McNamara is an Advisor of Relevance Capital. He has been an Independent Director of Tyson Foods, Inc. since August 2007. He is a Director at CenseoHealth. He serves as a Director of Enhancement Services Corporation, HEALTHvision Inc., Digiscripts Inc. and Nashville Capital Network. He has been Board Member of Censeo Health, LLC since April 16, 2013. He has been an Independent Director of Luminex Corporation since May 2003, before which he provided financial and strategic consulting services to Luminex Corporation.
