Sylvain Gauffre

Biography

Sylvain is responsible for client services/satisfaction, delivery of projects, quality control and business development and works out of SpenglerFox’s offices in Frankfurt, Germany. Sylvain has worked in the Talent Management/Executive Search Industry since 2007. His extensive search experience crosses multiple disciplines, including all areas of banking activities, such as; investment and commercial banking, structured finance/asset-based financing (incl. syndication/mezzanine and/or ECA financing), risk-management, retail banking and consumer finance. In addition to his core industry experience in Financial Services, Sylvain holds knowledge in agriculture commodities, plus oil and gas industries. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team in 2017, Sylvain worked as the Cifal Group Area Sales Director, in charge of regional sales and contracts in Russia and Central Asia. Previous to this he held the position of Senior Manager at Michael Page International, in both Russia and Austria. Sylvain has also worked as a corporate lawyer in the leading industrial & engineering contractor in Romania, Uzinexport (Bucharest, Romania) and asset-management firm ADI Alternative Investments (Paris, France).
