Biography
Mr. Siddharath Lugani has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Management Board of adinotec AG with effect from November 2016. at the Company he is responsible for Finance, Legal Affairs and Controlling. He is a Lawyer. Siddharath Lugani has studied Economics as well as legal sciences. he served as Lawyer and partner at Campbell Holtmann & Partner Rechtsanwaelte. From 2009 to 2012 he served at the firm Zirngibl. In addition, he was a lawyer at Schwartz, one of the top ten law firms in the Insolvency law. Mr Lugani is also an honorary financial director of the Indian Institute in Munich.
