Biography
Rajiv Malik is the Chief Executive Officer of Advinus Therapeutics. He was a founding employee of the Company and served as its Chief of Business Operations from inception to June 2012, during which time he played a pivotal role in setting up the company and driving its business and strategy. After a short stint away, Rajiv returned to Advinus to work with the MD and Board in driving the overall business and strategic efforts of the Company. Rajiv has held several senior and leadership positions with leading companies in India and has diverse working experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Contract Research and IT sectors. He has over 25 years of experience in managing business operations particularly in startup and turnaround environments. Just prior to rejoining Advinus, Rajiv served as Executive Vice President at Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited, where he was responsible for the International Business of Intas, for all markets other than US and Europe. He also led the biosmilars and other biologics business of Intas as well as its corporate business development and licensing portfolio. Rajiv holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the US and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
