Biography
Mr. S. Sriram, currently the Vice President (Finance) & Company Secretary, Tata Industries Ltd, is a Chartered Management Accountant (UK), Cost Accountant & Company Secretary with more than 27 years post qualification experience in reputed Companies in India and abroad. He has the experience of leading the Finance function in various areas such as Corporate Finance & Treasury, Consolidation of Accounts, MIS, Financial planning and Taxation. He has played a strategic role in Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestment/Stake sale, Private equity investment transactions, Legal Documentation, Contracts & Commercial negotiations, and Initial Public Offering (IPO). In his present role as Vice President – Finance & Company Secretary of Tata Industries Ltd., based at Mumbai Head Office, he is responsible for the Finance, Legal and Secretarial functions of the Company. He is also involved on strategy for new businesses/subsidiaries and manage existing portfolio of investments. Additionally, he is also the Ethics Counselor of Tata Industries Ltd.
