Biography
Mark Weinswig became Chief Financial Officer of Aqua Metals in August 2017. Mark is responsible for all financial and general and administrative areas of the company. Prior to joining Aqua Metals, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer at One Workplace, a private company and as CFO at Emcore Corporation. Previously, Mark held numerous management roles at Avanex (now Oclaro), including Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Financial Planning and Business Development, and Coherent, Inc. as International Controller and Director of Finance. Mark began his career working at Morgan Stanley and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Santa Clara and a B.S. in business administration from Indiana University. He has earned the CFA and CPA designations.
