David Findlay

Biography

David Findlay currently serves as President and CEO of Lakeland Financial Corporation, a $4.3 billion bank holding company, and Lake City Bank, headquartered in Warsaw, Indiana. Mr. Findlay also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of both the Bank and the Holding Company. Prior to joining Lake City Bank in 2000, he served in various capacities with Quality Dining, Inc. Mr. Findlay began his career with The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, Illinois, serving in the commercial banking and capital markets units. He is active in community and educational organizations and serves on various boards of directors within the Warsaw region and statewide. He was a founding board member of OrthoWorx® and currently serves as board chair for AcceLINX™, Inc., an entity focused on musculoskeletal health with a business accelerator based in Warsaw. Mr. Findlay has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from DePauw University.
