Biography
Anke Schäferkordt was born in Lemgo, Germany in 1962 and studied business at the University of Paderborn, Germany. Since 2005, she has been CEO of RTL Television and Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland. Since 2012, she has been Co-Chief Executive Officer of RTL Group S.A. and a member of the Executive Board of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. Schäferkordt has been a member of the BASF Supervisory Board since December 17, 2010.
