Biography
Grant Freeland is global leader of The Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization practice. Since joining BCG in 1989, Grant has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including biopharma, public sector; industrial products, information services, consumer goods, financial services, and retail. Grant works at the intersections of strategy and organization, as well as the hard and soft sides of change. This includes corporate transformations, postmerger integration, organization design, leadership and talent, change management, corporate-function improvements, high-performance cultures and work force, and HR enhancement. Prior to joining BCG, Grant was a marketing-communications manager for Hewlett-Packard.
