Since joining BCG in 1998, Ralf has focused mainly on creating value from large-scale business and technology transformations and helping clients to shape and accelerate their digital transformation. In his work with clients, Ralf has played a key role in developing technology and digital strategies for financial services, telecommunications, media, and consumer goods clients.
