Studied Business Management and Law at the University of Cologne (Diploma in Business Management), Studied at the ESADE in Barcelona, Spain (Master of International Management), Obtained doctorate (Dr. jur.) at the Law Faculty of the University of Bonn, Since 1995: Founder/member and director of TMS Unternehmensberatung AG (a corporate consultancy company)and has nearly 15 publications
