Biography
Born in Munich in 1954, Studied Law in Munich, 1983-1984: Worked as a lawyer, 1984-1988: Research associate under the Professor of criminal law, law of criminal procedure, traffic law and the law of administrative offences, Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Peter Cramer, at the University of Gießen, 1988-1993: Worked for ADAC (a national automobile association) in Munich (last position held – Deputy Head of Department for Traffic Law), Since 1994: Professor at the former FHVR Berlin – now Berlin School of Economics and Law (BSEL). He has more than 15 publications.
