Biography
"1980: Diploma in Economics 1982: Diploma in Business Pedagogy 1983-87: Research assistant on research projects of BERLIN-Forschung (a research group) and the German Research Foundation (DFG) at the FU Berlin and the Technical University (TU) of Berlin. 1987: Obtained doctorate (Dr. rer. pol. ) 1988-95: Project leader and head of faculty at the Institute for Futures Studies in Berlin (IZT) 2003-2006 (also 1991-2001): Member of the Berlin city parliament (positions held include environmental spokesperson and spokesperson on the Enquete Commission (“Sustainable Berlin”Â) since 1996: Professor of Environmental Economics at the FHW Berlin / BSEL"
