Biography
Harry W. Wilcox has served on our Board of Directors since May 2015. Mr. Wilcox has been Chief Operating Officer and General Partner of Flagship Ventures, a venture capital firm, since 2013. From 2006 to 2013, he was Chief Financial Officer and Partner of Flagship Ventures. From 2004 to 2006, he was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of EXACT Sciences. Mr. Wilcox received his M.B.A. from Boston University and his B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona. Mr. Wilcox currently serves as a director of T2 Biosystems, Inc., an in vitro diagnostics company.
