Biography
Dr. Müller has over ten years of post-graduate experience in scientific research and bioanalytical project management under GLP regulations. Her areas of expertise include the development and validation of immunogenicity (screening/confirmatory/neutralizing/ADA characterization), functional (ADCC; CDC, Fc receptor binding, biological activity) and PK assays using ELISA and MSD platforms, cell-based assays and the surface plasmon resonance technology to support pre-clinical and clinical studies. Additionally, she is an author or co-author of peer-reviewed publications, book chapter, and scientific abstracts presented at international meetings. Imke has studied human medicine at the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg and graduated in Biochemistry/Molecular biology at the University of Hamburg. She attended a graduate study program on Molecular Biology at the Center for Molecular Neurobiology Hamburg and has received an award from the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf related to her PhD thesis.
