Biography

 My particular legal expertise lies in all things brand-related – from intellectual property, advertising, promotions and privacy to mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial transactions. I’ve been recognized as a business-oriented attorney, effectively enabling growth by supporting the most productive method to bridge gaps in legal and business capabilities. When my clients come to me with a difficult challenge, my answer is not “no,” but “here’s how.” As a legal advisor and business leader with over 20 years experience, I have provided business-centric legal advice to some of the country’s leading consumer brands. I love figuring out creative solutions to problems, and my greatest satisfaction comes from working as a member of a team and achieving a result that few thought was possible.  I am a long distance runner and have found that hard work, perseverance and a great strategy are just as essential for achieving success in the workplace as they are in running a marathon or completing a triathlon. At the same time, I believe in having fun along the way and making the most of every experience.
