Biography
Darryl Ferguson, was appointed Site Director of BASF’s Windsor Paint Plant, in April 2015. Responsible for all activities at the Windsor Site, he works to support the production growth of the Coatings business in Canada and oversees the safety, quality and talent management systems.Prior to joining BASF Canada, Darryl worked in the chemical industry for over 30 years including 19 years with BASF Corporation, serving 6 years in the Crop Protection Division, and 13 years in the Chemical Catalyst Division. He has led organizations in operations, quality, project and process engineering, contractor management, maintenance, and utility services.
