Biography

  Mr. Rolf Kristian Berndtson Soderstrom, BA, ACA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of BTG plc since December 2008. Mr. Soderstrom served as Finance Director of Protherics plc since August 2007. He served as Company Secretary of BTG plc since March 31, 2009. Mr. Soderstrom served as Divisional Finance Director of Cobham Plc since January 2004. Mr. Soderstrom served as Director of Corporate Finance of Cable & Wireless plc. In 1998, he was seconded to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office as First Secretary at the British Embassy in Thailand. Other posts he has held include Director of Corporate Finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Bangkok and Associate Director (Corporate Finance) at Coopers & Lybrand in London. Mr. Soderstrom serves as a Non-Executive Director of Great Eastern Telecommunications Ltd. He has been an Executive Director at BTG plc since December 2008. He served as Director of BTG plc until March 31, 2012. He served as Executive Director of Protherics plc since August 9, 2007. Mr. Soderstrom served as a Director of MobileOne Ltd. from June 19, 2002 to December 31, 2003. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins. Mr. Soderstrom is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds Bachelor of Arts in History (Hons), University College, London and Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
