Biography
Guenther Paetz, co-founder of celares GmbH, has several years of experience in the fields of finance and controlling. After graduation from Business School (Zurich, Switzerland) and participation in a trainee program at the Deutsche Kredit Bank he worked as assistant to the management board at the Deutsche Kreditbank (DKB, Berlin, Germany), founded a subsidiary and was responsible for finance and marketing in that company. He was head of controlling for financial and marketing matters at the internet service company Immobilienscout (Berlin, Germany). He also gained valuable experience in managing biotechnology companies while working as commercial director at Medical Enzymes AG (Berlin, Germany).
