Biography
Grace Lee joined Charles River Laboratories in 2016 as Corporate Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources. In this role, Ms. Lee provides vision and leadership to the global Human Resources function, including the direction for the Company’s talent and workforce strategy initiatives. She partners with operational teams to ensure that the company’s growth and strategic business objectives are supported and leads the talent-related integration aspects of newly acquired businesses. Ms. Lee also identifies and implements best practices in global human resource management to enhance Charles River’s culture and support a rewarding and engaging work environment. Ms. Lee has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences, technology and energy industries and a proven track record for leading dynamic human resource organizations in global environments. Most recently, Ms. Lee was Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Communications for Beckman Coulter, a Danaher company. Ms. Lee holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of the Philippines, an M.S. in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego and has completed the Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
