Mathias Wagner

Biography

  Dr. Mathias Wagner has been the Chairman of Managing Board at CHG-Meridian AG since November 16, 2016 and serves as its Member of Management Board. Dr. Wagner has been Chairman of Management Board at CHG-MERIDIAN Belux NV since 2017 and serves as its Member of Management Board. He served as Chief Sales Officer of International and Member of the Board of Management at CHG-Meridian AG from 2014 to November 16, 2016 and served as its Chief Representative from 2013 to 2014. He served as Head of Corporate Development/M&A at Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA from 2010 to 2012. He served as Managing Director of Fresenius Kabi Japan K.K, Tokyo from 2007 to 2010. He served as Director of Marketing for Medical Technology Asia Pacific at Fresenius Kabi Asia Pacific Ltd., Hong Kong from 2006 to 2007 and served as its Director of South East Asia from 2003 to 2006. He served as Director of Key Account Management at Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH from 2001 to 2003. He was Executive Assistant to the Management Board at Fresenius AG from 1999 to 2001 and Management consultant at the Institute for International Management at the University of St. Gallen from 1997 to 1999. He holds Economics Doctorate (Dr. oec.) from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and Business degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Mannheim, Germany.
