Biography
Klaus Warning holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and is Chairman of the Advisory Board and shareholder of c-LEcta. He is a Member of the Executive Board and equity partner of ChemAdvice GmbH, an advisory and consulting firm for the chemical industry and financial investors. As a former member of the Executive Committee, Executive Vice President of the Hoechst Celanese Corporation and a former member of the Executive Committee of SGL Carbon AG, he possesses a wealth of expertise and experience perfectly suited to support the goals of c-LEcta.
