Biography
Mathias holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry (Charité, Berlin & Justus Liebig University, Giessen) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA; ESCP Europe). He spent more than 10 years in the biotech industry and in intellectual property asset management and licensing for various companies. As Head of Legal Affairs and IP Mathias contributes to c LEcta’s business professional experience across the full spectrum of technology in- and out licensing, structuring and negotiating of business and contract terms for licensing and cooperation agreements, and dealing with intellectual property issues.
