Biography
Axel Plünnecke is a professor in Cologne Institute for Economic Research. He has joined as Head of the Research Unit Education, Migration and Innovation, joined the Cologne Institute for Economic Research in 2003. He was born 1971 in Salzgitter, near Hanover and his educational qualifications are Studied Economics at the University of Göttingen, doctorate at Braunschweig Technical University and Lecturer at the German College of Preventative Medicine and Health Management, Saarbrücken.
