Biography
During my time at EMBL, we collaborated with the group of Prof. Dr. Frank Winkler (DKFZ Heidelberg) to study early steps in the formation of brain metastasis in vivo. I quickly realised that I am extremely interested and passionate about this topic, and I wanted to develop further in the field of brain metastasis. Therefore, I consider myself lucky to now currently work as a post-doc in the Winkler lab (Experimental Neurooncology, DKFZ) where I can gain experience on the study of brain metastasis and learn the techniques involved in understanding these processes.
