Biography
Christian Redhardt, based in Frankfurt, co-leads Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services Practice in Germany. Christian serves clients across financial services, with special emphasis on real estate and asset management. He leads executive search and director search, provides management appraisals, and is a trusted advisor in talent management, change leadership, and board effectiveness. Christian is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services, Board Consulting, and Executive Assessment and Development Practices. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Christian was Deputy Head of Spain & Portugal for the International Corporate Banking Division of Commerzbank AG, based in Madrid. Previous roles include Head of Marketing & Sales, Institutional Clients, with Cominvest Asset Management GmbH, based in Frankfurt; Head of Business Development & Controlling, Asset Management Division and Project Manager Corporate Strategy, Central Corporate Strategy & Controlling Department, Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt. Christian earned an MA in Business Administration from the EBS Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. During his studies he spent time abroad in the US, France, Argentina, and Spain.
