Biography
1959 Studied law in Regensburg and Göttingen. Doctorate on an environmental law topic at Prof. Dr. Harry Ebersbach, Göttingen. Legal traineeship in Göttingen, Kassel, at the University of Applied Sciences, Speyer, Umweltbundesamt, Berlin and the Federation of German Industries, Cologne December 1990 to October 1991 Construction of the Department of Waste Law in the Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Regional Planning of the State of Brandenburg November 1991 to December 1993 Lecturer in the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Environment on questions of nuclear law, nature protection law and interdisciplinary environmental law since 1985 scientific advice, consultation and representation for parliaments, ministries and associations
