Biography
Esteban is originally from Mexico. After obtaining his MSc in Control Engineering, he moved to Ireland to start a PhD in Applied Mathematics at the Hamilton Institute, NUI, Ireland. In 2011, he completed his doctoral studies and follow a Postdoctoral position at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research, Braunschweig, Germany. Additionally, he is adjunct lecturer at the Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg and was a visiting scholar at Los Alamos National Laboratory and Universidad de Guadalajara.
