Biography
Bertram Schefold was born 28.12.1943 in Basel (Switzerland). Son of Dr. Karl Schefold, Professor of Archaeology at the University of Basel, and of Marianne Schefold, née von den Steinen. Former marriage to Cornelia Schefold, née Albrecht, Physiotherapist. Two children.he has done his phd in economics; marks: "summa cum laude", University of Basel, 1971; dissertation: "Theorie der Kuppelproduktion" (central part written in English, entitled: "Mr. Sraffa on Joint Production").
