Biography
Detlef Kanwischer has been teaching and researching since the winter semester 2012/2013 at the Institute of Human Surgery.Detlef Kanwischer studied Geography, Political Science and Labor and Organizational Psychology at the University of Osnabrück. After completing his studies, he worked as a research associate at the Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, where he was promoted there on "e-learning, self-directed learning and geographic teacher training". His other university stations were the University of Flensburg (representing the professorial geography and its didactics)
Research Interest
His research focuses on the exploration of meta-cognitive abilities and competence structures in learning with (geo) media and the linking of external and internal learning processes.
