Biography
Since September 2010, Felix Silomon-Pflug has been working as a research assistant at the Institute of Humanography at Heeg. He is part of the DFG-Collaborative Project "Reorganization of the Urban in the Neoliberal Age" in the context of the project "Reorganization of Urban Administrations: New Public Management, using the example of real estate administrations in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main". The focus of the study is on the question of the conditions under which administrative modernization will take place and the consequences for the internal structure of the administrations, their strategic or programmatic orientation and action.
