Biography
Professor Heather Hofmeisteris Professor for the Sociology of Work at the Goethe-University in Frankfurt in the Faculty of Social Sciences and a co-director of the Center for Leadership and Behavior in Organizations (CLBO). She served as Vice-Rector of Human Resources Management and Development at RWTH Aachen University between 2008 and 2011 as the first woman in the Rectorate in the history of the university. She is on the Board of Trustees of the Technical University of Munich Institute for Advanced Studies (TUM-IAS) and on the Advisory Council of the Hertie Foundation Work and Family Division. She also serves as a Board member of the University Council at the Otto-Friederich-University in Bamberg, Germany.
