Prof. apl. Dr. Jens Fiebig,is currently working as Research Assistant at the Geological and Palaeontological Institute of the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main, Director of the Laboratory "Stabile Isotope".

Stable isotopes and clumped isotopes • Geochemistry of volcanic gases • Origin of hydrocarbons in hydrothermal systems • Reconstruction of paleoenvironmental conditions using traditional stable and clumped isotopes • Development of new techniques for stabie Isotope analysis of geo-materials • Fluid-Rock-interactions
