Prof. Dr. Louis Pahlow,is currently working as a Professor in Department of Legal History, Frankfurt University, Germany. Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Interdisciplinary Center for Intellectual Property at the University of Mannheim, member of the German University Association, the Association for the History of the Constitution, the German Historical Association, the Civil Law Teaching Association and the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law

Research Interest

Legal developments under the influence of economic transformation processes in the 19th and 20th century. Training of modern business and competition regulations. Natural Law and Legal Philosophy in the 19th Century. History of Intellectual Property. Intellectual property and contract (in particular, licensing agreement).
